Arctic Front on the Way, Will It Last?

While we enjoyed slightly above average temperatures today, an arctic front is barrelling southward out of Wisconsin late this afternoon, with its sights set on Illinois next. Temepratures will plunge down into the teens overnight tonight, with wind chills below 0 by morning. We are also expecting some scattered snow showers, but the best chance for any light accumulations appears to be just north/east of the area. Still, watch out for isolated slick spots later tonight. The good news is that we're eyeing a weekend warmup already!
