11/18 ISC Forecast, Stormy South, Gloomy North Today

A system will push right through southern Illinois this afternoon, bringing cool, damp weather north of it and warmer, potentially stormy weather along and south of its track. A low-end severe risk is in place for parts of central IL as we head into the afternoon.
