•Large Portion Of Illinois.

❄️Hazards…
•Widespread light snowfall accumulation is expected across a large portion of Illinois. Highest snowfall accumulation of upwards of 1-2″, locally higher, will be possible across Northern Illinois. Elsewhere, across affected areas of Central and Southern Illinois, snowfall accumulation of a dusting to 1″ is expected.
•Travel impacts will be possible across affected areas for the Friday morning rush period.

✔️Summary…
•A large trough will slide through the region over the next few to several days, with several disturbances embedded within. Two of these disturbances will bring two periods of snow to a large portion of the state between this evening and midday Friday. Additional chances of snow will be likely over the next several days, as additional disturbances swing through the region.
