•Our next heat wave is on deck for this weekend into early next week. Hot temperatures well into the 90’s will be likely across the state on a daily basis, between Friday and Tuesday. However, with some form of a ‘ring of fire’ weather pattern expected to be in place, there will be opportunities for rain/t’storms and severe t’storms across portions of the state at times, which may alleviate temperature conditions at times for some areas. The good news is, while humidity values will be elevated, heat index values will likely stay at low to moderate levels.
