•A level 1 severe t’storm threat is in place across portions of Northern and Central Illinois, for the threat of isolated severe t’storms. Damaging winds and hail will be the main threats with activity.

•Little in the way of changes was needed with this update, as the going forecast is on track.
•A few large complexes of rain/t’storms will likely traverse portions of Northern and Central Illinois on Saturday/Saturday night. The first, which may be in a weakening phase, will potentially move into and across portions of Northern Illinois between Saturday morning and afternoon. Another complex or two will also likely impact a good portion of Northern and Central Illinois between Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning. Severe t’storms may be possible with some of this activity.
